Exterior and Interior
The exterior of the Tata Altroz EV is similar to the ICE-powered Altroz. It’s going to get a new grille, redesigned aerodynamics, the absence of a rear exhaust pipe, and more color options.
The interior is also the same as ICE-powered Altroz. The main change we expect is the absence of a mechanical gearbox that will result in more space around the mid control area.
Performance of Tata Altroz EV
Top Speed | 120 kph |
0-100 kph | 12.63 seconds |
Electric Range | 300-330 km |
It’s also expected that the EV would accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 12.63 seconds and can reach the top speed of 120 km/h. The vehicle range and performance would be better than other same segment Electric cars because of lower weight and increased power. According to Firespeedy, the car would run 300-330 km on a single charge. Because the Altroz EV runs on the same battery as Tata Nexon EV.

The Nexon runs about 312 km on a single charge. And the Altroz weighs approximately 150 kgs less than Nexon. So, obviously, it would run more than Nexon. The battery can be charged to 80% in just an hour by a fast charger. Whereas a normal 230V charger at home can charge the battery in 8 hours.
